Georgia Habitats: Coastal Plain

Something is different today! You guys are wearing beach clothes. Is there a beach here? I brought the beach with me, Mrs. Ali said!

I spy with my little eye, a bird in the sky

The sun in the sky and a bird flying by

A dolphin jumping high

A beach beside the sea

Together we laugh

Together we play

Together we fish

Til the end of the day

Today we will be talking about the coastal plain.

The children were busy with their first activity, cutting the coastal plain away from a cut out of the state of Georgia.

Then we were off to find one of Georgia's habitats

Where in our park can we find sand?
